As Project Superintendent, Will is responsible for the day to day safety, schedule, and management of the project. ​

Will’s attention to detail and motivation to bring a clients project on time and on budget has made him successful with many large scale projects. Will continually receives repeat business from clients due to his excellent execution.​

Costrategix: a 10,000 sf office renovation. The entire space had to be demo’d, and essentially start from scratch. Will worked hard, despite supply chain and Covid issues, to bring this project in on time and on budget. This was a high end, creative space that will serve as their HQ for years to come.​

UBS: 45,000 square foot high end tenant build out in Kenwood. Will was on site day in and day out to bring this $10M build out to fruition. His attention to detail helped make this project a beautiful HQ for UBS for years to come.

Mercy Health: Orthopedic build out consisting of 15,000 sf. Very technical equipment, and full build out of a floor in an existing building.​

First Financial: 5,000 sf Bank Branch ground up construction. Will spent 6 months on this project to bringing it in on budget and on time. This was First Financial banks brand new prototype, and first to come out in the market.​

Watches of Switzerland (Miami, FL): A very difficult, extremely high end job in Miami, FL. Every fixture was custom made being shipped in from overseas. Had to manage multiple groups from the owner, to rolex, many other major watch affiliations. Not only did he execute the project, but was also awarded another project with WOS in Pittsburg, because of his great performance.​​
