FEATURES
This 40,000 square foot project consisted of a full renovation in Class A office space in Kenwood, Oh. This project required high end features and fixtures throughout, MEP upgrades, new flooring, new ceiling, along with a brand new staircase between the two floors of space. UBS was a high quality, complex project that required many hours of labor and oversight to bring in on budget and on time. Hunt Builders was pleased to be the general contractor for this project.
