As Project Superintendent of Hunt Builders Corporation, Paul is responsible for the successful completion of projects for various scopes. His responsibilities include the organization and distribution of bid packages, scheduling, and coordination of subcontractors, and implementing all change bulletins, as well as serving as site supervisor for all trades.

Continental Local School District – This $21,800,000 project consisted of complete interior demolition and remodeling of existing high school and existing elementary school building while school remained in session. Paul developed and managed phased construction plan that enabled both schools to remain in use during the remodeling process. Work included new flooring, ceilings, HVAC, IT & power wiring, lighting, ceilings, painting and furniture.

Eaton Community School District – This $9,750,000 project consisted of a complete remodel of existing K-6 elementary school. Every classroom, office and cafeteria space were renovated. Work included the removal of all nonstructural items, new HVAC, lighting, ceilings, paint and flooring and furniture. Paul developed and managed phased construction plan so work could take place while school was in session, three classrooms were renovated at a time.

Convergys – This multi-phased project included new flooring, furniture, IT & power wiring, lighting, ceilings, paint and graphics. Each location consisted of a 400+ seat existing call center facility, which are in operation 24/7. Some facilities were operating under HIPAA Security Standards. The coordination of activities included operations that were interdependent with facilities in England.

Siemens Cyber Defense – While maintaining surrounding occupancy, created cyber defense office and support area consisting of conference rooms, private offices, war room, and research area. Project required all workers to pass drug and security screening.
