As a Senior Project Superintendent of Hunt Builders Corporation, Michael provides onsite supervision of all contractors for various Hunt Builders projects. His responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating subcontractors in the field, implementing all change bulletins, communication with clients and architects on a daily basis, and reviewing the status of projects throughout the construction process. Michael has worked on special project assignments with Hunt Builders since 1995.

HKT – Project consisted of a warehouse outfitting space for completion of a large 70,000 call center. White box build-out consisting of offices, conference rooms, kitchen, employee leisure sites and work stations. This project required a large data presence in order to provide end users with capability for their niche market. Critical scheduling of work with completion was achieved within a tenant occupied space.

Regus Spaces – Completed build-out of approximately 40,000 square foot of office space for 3cdc. Project was a renovation of existing building in Over The Rhine. Included café, collaboration rooms and mixed use offices. Finished aggressive schedule on time within budget.

Eagle Realty – Complete renovation of 7 high rise office floors totaling over 175,000 square foot. Consisted of new corporate office floors, conference room, extensive HVAC and electrical updates.

Queen City Club – Complete demolition down to base building skeleton and remodel partial fourth floor. This space includes bar, kitchen, and fabricated balcony structure. Extensive and complex layout with field analysis was conducted with Construction Managers to implement visual design to pre-existing field conditions. Project was assigned as a design build with critical input for implementation of architectural and client intentions by construction management team.
