As Project Superintendent, Justin is responsible for the day to day safety, schedule, and management of the project. Justin’s attention to detail and motivation to bring a clients project on time and on budget has made him successful with many large scale projects. Justin continually receives repeat business from clients due to his excellent execution.

Mass Mutual: a 60,000 sf office renovation in the GE building at The Banks. The entire space had to be demo’d, and essentially start from scratch. Justin worked hard, despite supply chain and Covid issues, to bring this project in on time and on budget. This was a high end, creative space that will serve as their HQ for years to come.​

Dartpoints: A complicated renovation that involved upgrading and working around an internal data center. Mechanical and Engineering were unique for office space, but the team brought together a great product and competitive pricing.

First group/Staffmark: Both companies moved from their office space to the GE building at the banks. Combined, they took roughly 60,000 sf at this Class A office space. Justin worked hard to coordinate with all of the subs, and both clients to bring in the project on time and on budget.​

Cengage: A high education tech company required a full renovation of their HQ in Cincinnati. Justin handled the $1M dollar renovation and coordination of installing high end machinery.​
