Jake has 3 years’ experience in the Construction Industry and has been around construction his whole life. He is adept at managing subcontractors, client communication, and budget management.
Northwestern Mutual – This $1.2-million project was a complete floor renovation. The work included new HVAC, flooring, painting, ceilings, IT, & Power wiring. Jake ran and managed this project successfully staying on budget and delivered on schedule.
Dinsmore – This $13.3-million-dollar renovation project consisted of a complete renovation to 8 floors completed in four phases starting one after another. Jake developed a construction schedule that by the last phase, the schedule had improved upon by three weeks.
Anthem – This project took a great amount of coordination due to all its phases and working around Anthem employees. There were many parts to this project. There were 10 breakrooms, 1 café, and 2 floors to renovate with overlapping schedules. Each portion of that work had its own phases so that it could be completed with the smallest impact on the everyday employee. Jake devised a plan that successfully completed each project phase while keeping a good work environment.
First Financial Bank – This was a one-of-a-kind project that involved a community outreach center and FFB Branch in the same location. It involved a lot of attention to detail due to the number of complex finishes on the project. There were numerous coordination meetings onsite that Jake led to ensure the proper delivery of the project.
