Grant has over 18 years of experience in the industry. As a Project Manager, Grant has been responsible for the successful completion of Design/ Build Services and Consulting; Food Service and Production; Law firms; Data Center Design & Development; Industrial Research, Development & Production; Tenant Finish and Health Care Facilities. His responsibilities have included working directly with the end user, architect, and engineers from the design development phase through the projects actual construction sequence. He ensures that all avenues of value engineering and schedule improvements have been pursued, as well as project estimating, scheduling, coordination and close-out.


Kroger Design/ Development Relocation-Atrium II 2nd/3rd Floor Project Grant facilitated the construction and relocation of over 500 Kroger employees to the Atrium 2 Building. The project was required to be completed in an aggressive 8 week schedule. Responsibilities included coordination of all Kroger support vendors consisting of voice/data, IT, audiovisual, security and furniture installation. All base building MEPS infrastructure was kept on-line during construction. All building automation systems updates were captured as a part of the construction process.

AdvancePierre Foods, Blue Ash, Ohio Grant was Project Manager of this renovation/relocation project which consisted of office space, cooking/demonstration facility, data center, production center and more. This space was completed in an expeditious manner with much care to details and “showmanship” as this facility will be utilized by visitors for demonstrations on a regular basis.

Graydon Head Law– Cincinnati, Ohio Grant served the oldest Law Firm in Cincinnati when he was the Project Manager for their 47,000 square foot corporate headquarters relocation. His responsibilities included project management, contract negotiations, facilitation of the MEP design/build, and coordination with client contractors including audio visual, furniture, and relocation strategist.

Cyrus One – Lebanon, Ohio Project Manager of a fifty-million-dollar tier 3 data center (50,000 square foot white space plus an additional 50,000 square foot of infrastructure rooms); including a mechanical plant, electrical and UPS rooms. Grant worked closely with the client, Cyrus One and the end user. Installed and developed an extensive automated controls and monitoring system. Multiple subsequent projects on-site including a Disaster Recovery Center for a local financial institution.

Omnicare – Cincinnati, Ohio Grant project managed this 6 floor office renovation and relocation of their corporate headquarters. The scope of this extensive renovation included full demolition of six floors (120,000 square feet), reconstruction into private office, conference centers, IDF rooms, marketplace and open office space. Development and management of a 6 month construction schedule and quality control. Liaison with Omnicare PM.
