Eric is an experienced Project Manager who has been in the construction business for over 15 years. He is adept at managing subcontractors, client communication, and budget management.

Ulmer and Berne – This $1.5 million project was a complete 33,000 sf renovation. The work included new HVAC, flooring, painting, ceilings, IT, & Power wiring. Eric ran and managed this project successfully staying on budget and delivered on schedule.​

SHP– This beautiful 25,000 sf build out project consisted of a complete renovation with high fixtures and unique design for this architecture firm.

RKPT – This 33,000 sf build out had a demanding schedule with a lease deadline coming up for this law firm. This project was developed on time and on budget with Eric’s day to day task management and oversight.

Artworks – 2460 Eden Park. This was a build out for Neyer holdings with a tight turnover date. Eric Managed and saw the entire project thru to the end. This was a very creative and successful build out.​

Azelis – 15,000 sf TI build out in office space. Tight schedule with some long lead items that was brought in on time and on budget.​​
